After you use these for a while you may wish to consider NATMAP RASTER 250K Version 3 which provides raster images of Geoscience's 1:250, 000 scale maps covering the whole of Australia. Approx 518 maps. Complete with viewer and search utility. Suitable for use with Oziexplorer. A$90 including P&P for the 2 CD set. Mapfiles for Ozi for both these sets are available here.

If  you want more detail you may want to look at TOPOVIEW from NSW Land Property and Information (LPI) which provides full coverage of NSW on a series of 7 CD's. Map scales vary from 1:25,000 through 1:100,000 depending on area. Raster images suitable for use with OziExplorer. A$950 for the full set, approx 1200 maps or A$170 per CD.
